 RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS POLICY

The cancellation / refund policy below applies to all purchases made from Zumba NXG including via the Zumba NXG Website (zumbanxg.com) and on the MIND BODY App (Zumba NXG). By placing an order with us you agree to accept the following cancellation / refund policy. If you do not agree to the policy below then you should not make a purchase on the website, in person or via the MIND BODY App – Zumba NXG.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

You may cancel your order for up to 1 hour after the transaction. If you cancel within this period, any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days. If you do not cancel within 1 hour, we will confirm your order. Once confirmed, an order is non-refundable except under the terms of “Imogen’s Personal Guarantee”. It may be transferable to another product within the same term at the discretion of Zumba NXG, subject to availability and suitability, but a transfer is not guaranteed. Order cancellations must be made by email, quoting your order number to zumbanxg@outlook.com

 

IMOGEN’S PERSONAL GUARANTEE

If you are unsatisfied or unhappy with your membership, you are entitled to a refund until midnight the day after your membership start date. Refunds must be requested in writing to zumbanxg@outlook.com.

 

MEMBERSHIP START DATE

Your membership start date is the pre-agreed date you chose to start your membership from. This date can only be changed once before your membership starts.

 

CLASS CANCELLATION / ACCOUNT CREDIT RETURN POLICY

Classes can only be booked using account credits or via one of the Membership / drop-in options. Once a class is booked, a credit is deducted from your account. Classes may be cancelled at least 2 hours before the start of the class via the app or website. Account credits will only be returned to your account for cancellations within policy. In the event Zumba NXG needs to cancel a class, we will attempt to contact all clients via email who booked prior to cancellation and will return any credits to clients who booked prior to cancellation. Clients and/or members must ensure that they update their account with the correct contact information.

 

EXTENSIONS

Members on the Premium, Kickstart or Transformation Memberships may extend the expiry of their classes up to three times in one calendar year (1st January – 31st December) for up to two weeks at a time. This extension must be requested in writing to zumbanxg@outlook.com

 

TEACHER SUBSTITUTION

Teachers may be substituted for another suitably qualified teacher at the discretion of Zumba NXG.  As we are still providing a class with the same content and quality, refunds will not be granted in the event of Teacher Substitution.

 

OUR COMMITMENT POLICY

Zumba NXG commits to holding a minimum of 12 classes per calendar month. Zumba NXG reserves the right to review and change these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will give you 7 days written notice of any changes.

 

 

CLASSES AND MEMBERSHIPS

SINGLE DROP-IN CLASS POLICY

Class Credits (Free Taster class & single drop-in class) have an expiration date that is clearly stated on the sales receipt and/or your online account details and cannot be used after this date. Please note ‘expiration date’ is 31 days after the first use.  Any unused expired credits will not be refunded.  Exceptions may be made for medical reasons such as illness or injury with accompanying documentation at our discretion. Management reserve the right to refuse to grant credit extensions.

 

MEMBERSHIPS

Before signing up to a monthly membership subscription with Zumba NXG, please ensure that you have read these Terms and Conditions thoroughly. By purchasing a Zumba NXG membership subscription, you are confirming that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a membership contract between you (the Client) and us (Zumba NXG). All memberships are non-transferrable.

 

CONTRACT TERM

The minimum term for our Zumba / Dance Funk Fitness memberships is 1 month (or as per the contract agreement). You will pay a monthly fee (as per membership option) which will debit your account automatically every month on the 1st of the month every month or 15th of the month every month, commencing from your membership start date. The minimum term for our Ballet class contracts is 7 weeks. You will pay a monthly fee which will debit your account automatically every month on the 1st of the month.

 

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Zumba NXG reserves the right to review and change membership fees. We will give you 14 days written notice of any changes. If your membership comes to and end and you start it again, your new membership fee will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of the renewal. If you fall behind with your membership fees and this is not caused by a bank error, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your membership.

 

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

You can freeze your Zumba / Dance Funk Fitness membership for a minimum term of one month. Membership freeze’s require 1 month’s notice. This notice MUST be requested in writing by emailing zumbanxg@outlook.com

 

MEMBERSHIP CLASSES

Class credits must be used within each month of your contract. Unless an extension is requested. Members may extend their classes up to three times per calendar year for up to two weeks on each occasion.

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

When signing up as a Zumba NXG member, you join for a minimum term of 1 month, after which point you can cancel your membership provided we have a minimum of one month’s notice. This notice must be provided in writing by emailing zumbanxg@outlook.com

 

KICKSTART MEMBERSHIP

The minimum membership contract is 1 month. You will pay a monthly fee of £35 which will debit your account automatically every month, starting from the membership start date. It includes 5 classes per month which must be used one month from the date payment is charged. Members of this membership can purchase “additional bolt on classes” at a rate of £7 per class.

 

TRANSFORMATION MEMBERSHIP

The minimum membership contract is 1 month. You will pay a monthly fee of £60 which will debit your account automatically every month, starting from the membership start date. It includes 10 classes per month which must be used one month from the date payment is charged. Members of this membership can purchase “additional bolt on classes” at a rate of £6 per class.

 

PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP

The minimum membership contract is 1 month. You will pay a monthly fee of £75 which will debit your account automatically every month, starting from the membership start date. It includes 15 classes per month which must be used one month from the date payment is charged. Members of this membership can purchase “additional bolt on classes” at a rate of £5 per class.
