Zumba NXG has now closed!

A huge thank you to everyone who has been a part of this wonderful community over the last 10 years – its been a blast! My baby girl is due in December and I have closed Zumba NXG to focus on family life. I hope to return to teaching in January 2027 but will be focusing more on yoga. You can stay updated with my future yoga classes, 1-1s, workshops and retreats by joining my new yoga mailing list here.

I am currently still teaching the following weekly yoga classes:

Mondays

6-7pm Glass Mill Leisure Centre, Lewisham

Tuesdays

9:40-10:40am David Lloyd, Sidcup

Thursdays

10-11am Glass Mill Leisure Centre, Lewisham

Fridays

8-9am The Eltham Centre, Eltham

5-6pm Glass Mill Leisure Centre, Lewisham

and hope to keep doing so until the end of November!

An instructor called Ellie is starting a Zumba class at All Saints Community Centre on Tuesday evenings. You can find out more by messaging her on 07587 732 871.

I can also highly recommend Diana who teaches Zumba in Nunhead on Monday evenings. You can book her class here.
