All Of Our Classes Are Currently ONLINE until the end of August. Some of our classes return to the community centre on 1st September.
You might be completely new to fitness or dance and feel nervous about trying something new to help you get in shape or learn a different skill. You might already do other types of exercise, but find other workouts a bit boring and need something that is fun. You might have a busy lifestyle or work shifts so need your exercise regime to be flexible and fit around your life.
You might be feeling unhappy with your weight or body. Your energy levels are lower than you would like. You might not get as much time to spend time with other people as you want. Your lifestyle can be tiring and stressful. You might feel like there isn’t enough time for yourself or for spending time with other people. You know you should be doing some exercise but you are struggling to make it a habit that sticks. You feel like the other types of exercise you have tried or currently do are boring You feel like you want to be fitter than you are. You might feel like the exercise you do at the moment isn’t enough.
You need something which you can look forward to. You need to get a regular exercise regime in place to help you feel fitter, happier, healthier, more confident with your body and allow you to socialise with others and make new friends. You need an hour week to yourself to blow off some steam and de-stress. You need to find a way to increase your energy levels so that you can take on your busy lifestyle with more ease.
How can the 5 Class Membership help you?
You will get that hour a week for yourself. You will get an intense full body workout which feels like fun. You will burn 100s of calories in each session. You will get a boost of endorphins after each session which will elevate your mood and increase your energy levels. You will find it much easier to commit to a regular exercise regime due to the classes at Zumba NXG being designed to be as fun as possible (and therefore something to look forward to and make time for) as well as the allocation of classes you receive and the booking system encouraging you to continue with regular attendance even on those days you are having a wobble. We also check in with you if you do get out of your fitness habit to find a way which works for you to help you stay on track. Your regular sessions as well as quarterly socials allow you to get to know and chat to new people and make friendships.

Fees: £37 per month, billed every month on 1st of the month.
